Delivery and Refund Policy
• Product delivery
Products purchased from the website www.wg2026.org are delivered exclusively in electronic format, in the profile section and to the email address provided by the buyer. Purchasing products from the website www.wg2026.org facilitates admission to the activities and events held during the Mensa World Gathering conference (organized in Bucharest between September 30 and October 4, 2026).
• Product Returns
Products purchased from the website www.wg2026.org may be returned in accordance with Government Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014 on consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals, as well as for the amendment and supplementation of certain normative acts (hereinafter referred to as GEO 34/2014).
Thus, within 14 days of receiving the product you ordered, you alone have the legal right to cancel the purchase of the product, without penalty and without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform ”ASOCIAȚIA MENSAPOLIS” exclusively at the email address retur@wg2026.org of your decision to withdraw from this contract, using an unequivocal statement in electronic format. If you use this option, we will send you confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal request by email without delay. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund any sums we have received from you, excluding any additional costs incurred due to bank charges or those charged by the payment processor NETOPIA.
We will make this refund using the same payment method as the one used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to a different method of refund for orders paid by cash on delivery. In this case, the amount will be transferred to an IBAN account, with no possibility of cash refund.
• Refund Filing Date
Products can be returned online based on the tax invoice without undue delay and, in any case, within a maximum of 14 days from the date on which you received the electronic proof of the product you ordered and paid for.
